We're growing based on demand. The best way to bring service to your area is to sign up and share your zip code. While service may not be available immediately, it helps us track demand and prioritize expansion. You can also text or email us your address for a quick answer on current availability.
Will my clothes be washed with other customers' clothes?
Absolutely not. Your laundry is never washed or dried with anyone else's. Every order is handled separately from start to finish. This is a core part of how we operate and something we take seriously.
What should I look for in a laundry delivery service?
Never outsourced. All laundry should be processed on-site, not handed off to an unknown third party. Be cautious of middleman services that outsource to different providers, which leads to inconsistent results. At InstantFold, every pickup, washing, and delivery is handled by our in-house team at our Hamburg facility. You always know who is handling your clothes.
What size is the InstantFold bag?
We use a 22x28 inch branded laundry bag, a practical household size. If it fits comfortably in the bag without straining the zipper, it's included. No overstuffing, no guessing. We provide the bag on your first delivery return.
Do I have to be home for pickup?
Nope. Just leave your bag outside your door on pickup day. We grab it, do the laundry, and return it the same way. Most subscribers never interact with us directly and that's the whole point.
What if I need to skip a week?
Just let us know before your pickup day and we'll skip that week. We're flexible. Billing adjustments for skips are handled on a case-by-case basis. We're not trying to charge you for laundry you didn't have done.
How do comforters and oversized items work?
Comforters, sleeping bags, and dog beds are handled as a separate add-on service at $40 per item. They must be scheduled in advance and are not part of the standard subscription bag. Both subscribers and non-subscribers can book this service.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. We're month to month. We want to earn your business every single week. If you're not happy, you should be able to leave. (But we're pretty confident you'll stick around.)
Is there a contract or setup fee?
No setup fee. No long-term contract. You pay $165 for your first month when you subscribe. Your next billing date is exactly 30 days later. Simple as that.
